What if my pottery was damaged in the shipping?

If you receive pottery that has been damaged in shipping, please email me within 24 hours of the delivery date with photos of the damaged items and the packaging materials. After 24 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods will not be taken into consideration.

We can then work out a refund/exchange.

I do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returns. I do not accept returns of broken goods.

What type of clay do you use?

I primarily work with stoneware, though the material used for each piece is specified in the product listing.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly from my website if the product is available in stock. If you want to order something personalized or a piece that is out of stock, you can do so through the form available on my website.

Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes, I offer custom pieces. You can contact me through the form on my website to discuss the details of your custom order, any detail will be helpful to understand your dream ceramic!

How long does it take to complete a custom piece?

A custom piece takes about a month to complete. If you have something in mind that is not in stock and needs to be made from scratch, we will get in touch to give you an estimated completion date. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, so the first to order will be the first to receive their piece.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, I offer discount codes and flash promotions which I announce on my Instagram. If you don't want to miss out, make sure to follow me!

How often do you add new pieces to your website?

My ceramic pieces are made solely and exclusively by me. I create small batches of a few pieces each month. The best way to keep track of my work is through Instagram, where I post updates on what I’m producing and what will be available on the website.

Are pieces dishwasher / microwave safe?

Yes, every piece is dishwasher and microwave safe.

How do I care for my ceramics?

Ceramics are very durable, and with proper care, a special piece can last a lifetime. To ensure the longevity of your piece, please avoid using it in ovens and microwaves. I always recommend hand washing your ceramics, as it is gentler on the glaze and helps maintain their beauty over time. While they can withstand prolonged dishwasher use, handwashing is generally preferable for optimal care.

How do I package your orders?

At Tul by Ovan, I´m committed to caring for our planet. I use reused packaging materials whenever possible, including boxes, bubble wrap, newspapers, and cardboard, even if it means the packaging may not be aesthetically perfect.
